While the raindrop falls into the still surface, one, two, three, and more. It breaks the even water surface and creates ripples. Intrigued by this dynamic, I study how the water surface acts as a continuous web system and how surface tension reacts to changes in this project.
I used cotton thread to quickly prototype the web system.
Inspired by the dynamic of the water surface, I finally come up with a floating research lab located at the riverfront of New Orleans.
